NS DESIGN's returns and exchange policy gives Buyer an option to return or exchange items purchased on NS DESIGN for any reason within the specified return/exchange period, which is within 7 days from the date of delivery. Only major requirement is that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. There are two ways to return the product to us:
During Pick Up, our delivery agent will do a quality check on the return. For a successful pick up, we shall initiate refund within 48 hours of pickup for the return amount into the original mode of payment during order placement, with an exception to COD orders. Refund for COD orders or e-COD orders shall be credited to bank account of the customer. This 48 hours refund may not be applicable for some pin codes in which case refund will be initiated after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you. Please note that we offer you an option to exchange items purchased by you on NS DESIGN for same or different sizes of same style or for any other item of the same or different value from NS DESIGN within the specified exchange period subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged products or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered). In all other cases, replacement is available.
Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.
How to initiate Return: You can initiate return request from the Return button of the Order Page or Email Us at email@example.com within 7 days from date of delivery. Reason for Return should be shared in the Comment Box, on approval of the return request, Our Customer Support shall initimate you by email.

Product & Accessories, if any, should be in original condition, Tags should be retained and returned.

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped or within 24 hours of order placement, whichever is earlier. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
You can Cancel your Order from the Order Page through the Cancel Your Order button. Reason for Cancel should be mentioned in the Comment Box. Once you cancel your order, our Customer Support shall initiate the refurnd process for any prepaid order and initimate you by email.
Please note that the complete order needs to be canceled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests.
Your refund will be initiated by us within 2 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund. Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund.
Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).
For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done through NEFT.

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 24 hours to ship goods out of our warehouse. In case any delay happens, we will keep you informed by email.

Usually for most of the locations we offer 48-72 hour delivery*. Add the shipping times to the 24 hour order processing period. Items are only delivered on business days. Apart from Sundays, there are certain holidays throughout the year that are not considered as business days. Deliveries will not happen on these days.
